It is a claim that the customer will always be able to find the lowest rates on the ITC Hotels brand website or app. If the customer can find a lower rate on 3rd party channels, ITC Hotels will match the lower rate (if the claim is valid) and offer an additional 25% discount on this lower rate

The Best Rate Guarantee applies to all hotels bookable on www.itchotels.com website or app under brands Luxury Collection, Welcomhotels, Mementos, Storii, Welcomhotels, WelcomHeritage and Fortune.

On the ITC Hotels website, via filling a short form and uploading the proof necessary for the evaluation of the claim.

A claim must be duly submitted through the claim form available on www.itchotels.com not later than 24 hours after making the initial reservation through the ITC Hotels website and at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. The Best Rate Guarantee shall not apply to any reservation made within 48 hours of arrival. The initial reservation means the original reservation made on our website and does not include modified or cancelled reservations.

Our Guest Contact Centre team reviews the claim within 2 business days and reverts to the guest informing about the status of their claim. If the claim is valid, the lower rate will be matched and a discount would be applied to the guest's booking and the same will be communicated to guests.

• 'Package Rates' - i.e. those in which hotel accommodations are bundled with airfare, car rental, inclusive meals or paid amenities like sightseeing or spa treatments
• Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay
• Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized. Examples of these types of sites include but are not limited to, Priceline and Hotwire
• Rates that require a membership to complete a booking, regardless of whether the membership requires a fee, is free, or if membership is automatically created as part of the booking process
• Rates that are not immediately bookable. To clarify, certain third-party websites do not provide an immediate email confirmation of the booking after completion of the reservation or are confirmed as “on request” or similar status with confirmation sent at a later time. These third-party sites are deemed not immediately bookable and are not valid
• Claims submitted within 48 hours of the first available check-in time for the related reservation
• Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights (Long stay guests)
• Pre-paid rates which involve a voucher to be redeemed at the hotel
• Detailed terms are available & updated on the website.
• Contracted rates
• If the Competing Rate is obtained after applying any promotional code/e-voucher/gift card by the customer on any website/mobile application.
