Club ITC is a loyalty Programme offered by ITC Limited (hereafter referred to as 'ITC'), on a person making a Qualifying Spend, for rewarding and fostering consumer loyalty towards Identified Brands.
a. Blackout Dates: Dates during which Green Points cannot be redeemed in respect of Participating Hotels which may be communicated by ITC from time to time
b. Club ITC Member: A person who has completed the enrolment process, has been successfully enrolled onto Club ITC and been issued a Club ITC membership number by ITC.
c. Club ITC Membership Status: The membership tier assigned to the Club ITC Member basis his/her activity in terms of; Room Nights; or Eligible Spends;
d. Club ITC Membership Tier: A membership tier that a Club ITC Member is assigned including Club ITC Member tier, Club ITC Silver tier, Club ITC Gold tier or Club ITC Platinum tier.
e. Club ITC Programme: Club ITC Programme refers to the loyalty programme offered by ITC Limited.
f. Customer Care: The contact point for all Club ITC related queries that can be reached on clubitc.care@itc.in or 1800-103-2482 (1800-103-CITC). The Customer Care is available from Monday - Friday between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M.
g. Dormant Member: A Club ITC Member on the; Club ITC Member tier; is considered; Dormant; if during a 12 consecutive month period:
The Club ITC Member has not made an eligible stay at a Participating Hotel.
The Club ITC Member's account has been cancelled.
h. Green Points: Points that Club ITC Members earn on eligible stays/spends basis their membership tier.
i. Eligible Room Night: An Eligible Room Night is a night during an Eligible Stay.
j. Eligible Spends: Expenses (exclusive of taxes, discounts, paid outs and gratuities) incurred by a Club ITC Member on identified brands of ITC, on the basis of which Club ITC Green Points accrue to the credit of a Club ITC Member at Participating Hotels.
k. Eligible Stay: A stay of one or more consecutive nights at the same Participating Hotel by a Club ITC Member on any eligible rate (including Reward Nights - stays booked using Green Points) by a Club ITC Member which is billed to the account of the Club ITC Member. If a Club ITC Member checks out of a guest room and then checks back in to a guest room at the same Participating Hotel within 24 hours, it shall count as a single stay for purposes of calculating stays and issuing Club ITC Member benefits.
They do not include: (1) Room charges that are included in the definition of ineligible spends (2) Charges for banquets, meetings, weddings and other similar functions (3) Business Centre, Spa facilities used as a non-resident guest (4) Complimentary services.
Spends on Food &Beverage as a non-resident guest or
Charges for food & beverage spends settled directly at the restaurant as a resident guest
Spends at Fabelle boutiques as a non-resident guest or settled charges directly as a resident guest
l. Ineligible spends: The spends that do not qualify for earning of Green Points including:
Room rates where booking is made via any Online Travel Agents (OTAs) including but not limited to Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, MakemyTrip.com, Travelguru.com, Travelocity.com, Tripadvisor.com or any other similar travel websites.
Crew rates where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline or directly.
Charges for banquets spaces for meetings, weddings and other similar functions.
Business Centre, Spa facilities used as a non-resident guest.
Employee rates or any complimentary rooms.
Spends on Food & Beverage via food/restaurant aggregators shall not be eligible for earning of green points
m. Participating Hotels: ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels & Fortune Hotels where the Club ITC Programme (membership and benefits) is applicable.
n. Partner: Refers to third party entities with which ITC has or may have an alliance that offer services, benefits, points, redemptions or any facilities and arrangements to Club ITC members.
o. Roll-over Nights: Any qualifying nights in excess of those required to qualify for a membership status level at the end of the calendar year (December 31st).
a. The Club ITC membership is open to all individuals who are of majority age in their place of residence. Individuals may enrol onto Club ITC (subject to the acceptance of their enrolment request by ITC). Corporations, associations or groups cannot enrol onto Club ITC.
b. Employees of ITC and its subsidiary/associate/group companies are not eligible to become members of Club ITC Programme.
a. A Club ITC Member can earn Green Points on making an Eligible Spend at any Participating Hotel. The list of Participating Hotels is subject to change at any time, without notice. For any queries, please contact Club ITC Customer Care at clubitc.care@itc.in or 1800-103-2482 (1800-103-CITC).
b. Effective 20th Dec’23 Club ITC members can now earn Green points on eligible dining spends as non- resident guest at all ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels, Mementos and Storii.
c. Earning of points on F&B spends as non- resident guest will not be applicable at Fortune & Welcom Heritage Hotels.
d. Please ensure you share your mobile number which is registered for Club ITC membership (please validate the same on ITC Hotels app)
e. Points will not be credited for any dining invoice with date prior to 20th December 2023.
f. In case you wish to change your mobile number registered with Club ITC, please write to clubitc.care@itc.in
g. Green Points may be earned for eligible stays completed within thirty (30) days prior to the Club ITC Member's enrolment in the Club ITC Programme. A Club ITC Member may request for such credit through Club ITC Customer Care along with the copy of the stay folio/bill.
h. In case of non-credit of Green Points due to any reason for an eligible stay, Club ITC members may claim Green Points for such missing transaction through the dedicated missing transaction link in their online accounts or by emailing clubitc.care@itc.in with the details of the missing transaction.
- Missing transaction requests that are older than 180 days from the stay/transaction being materialised shall not be accommodated.
- Payment made by cash will not be eligible to claim the missing points for non- resident transactions (Food & Beverage, Sleeep & Fabelle)
i. Club ITC Members can earn Green Points on the following basis: Club ITC Member - 2% of Eligible Spends; Club ITC Silver - 3% of Eligible Spends; Club ITC Gold - 4% of Eligible Spends and Club ITC Platinum 5% of Eligible Spends.
j. Green Points earned shall have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or sold by Club ITC Members for cash at any point of time. These points may only be redeemed in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Programme. Club ITC Members have no ownership interest in accrued Green Points and accrued Green Points are not the property of the Club ITC Members.
k. Subject to other terms, a Club ITC Member eligible for any discounted prices for any Eligible Spend shall earn Green Points only on the billed amount net of discounts and exclusive of taxes. Green Points cannot be earned on purchases made by any gift/privilege/discount or Gift Certificate/voucher, Gift Card, Green Points redemption, etc. by whatever name called, issued by any entity including ITC.
l. A Club ITC Member may earn Green Points for up to three (3) rooms per night (Club ITC Member's room and two (2) additional rooms) within the same Participating Hotel. The Club ITC Member must be occupying at least one of the rooms, and paying an Eligible Rate for all applicable rooms. In addition, only the room occupied by the Club ITC Member shall receive Club ITC Programme benefits and services. The occupant(s) of the additional room(s) shall not receive Green Points or any other Club ITC Programme benefit.
m. In case two Club ITC Members are sharing one room, Green Points shall only be awarded to the Club ITC membership account of the Club ITC Member settling the bill for the stay or that is billed back to that Club ITC Member's company for payment (and is not settled to a group master folio/posting master).
n. When attending a meeting, event, or conference, all charges made by Club ITC Members that are placed on a group; master folio; or posting master; (to be paid by a company, association, group, or other event organizer) shall not be eligible for Green Points. Only other individual Eligible Charges (Food & Beverage, Spa, Laundry, Telephone, etc. billed to the room) for which the Club ITC Member personally pays or that are directly billed back to the Club ITC Member's company or organization for payment (and are not settled to a group master folio/posting master) shall be eligible for Green Points.
o. In case of consecutive stays of more than 30 nights at a participating hotel, the Club ITC member shall receive a one-time credit of Club ITC Green Points for up to 30 nights upon settlement of the invoice directly by the member or raising of the invoice upon the member's employer company/organization as the case may be.
p. Club ITC Members cannot combine the Club ITC Programme with any other programme including any other loyalty programme/membership with Partner(s). Green Points cannot be earned on a transaction both for Club ITC and such other membership. However, the Club ITC Member shall be entitled to select which membership he or she wants the Points credited to.
q. Club ITC Members are NOT eligible to earn Green Points on room spends for stays arising from bookings made through Online Travel Agents (OTAs). Furthermore, a stay arising from a booking made through an OTA shall not qualify towards the room nights or spends criteria for tier status upgrade/renewal and any promotional offers. Only other Eligible Charges (Food & Beverages (at restaurants, room service and mini-bars), laundry, spa, salon, telecommunication & business centre services, purchases of Essenza & Fiama Di Wills personal care products, Kitchens of India products, etc. billed to the room) for which the Club ITC Member personally pays are eligible for Green Points.
r. In the event of a hotel bill comprising of food expenses, accommodation expenses, other charges and taxes being settled via a mix of Green Points and cash or any other mode of payment, the Green Points and/or vouchers/certificates would be set off, first against food expenses, then accommodation expenses, then other charges and finally taxes.
s. Bonus Green Points will only be credited on the room spends and not for any other services unless specified. For eg: If 2X points are offered under a campaign and a platinum member spends Rs 50,000 on room and Rs20,000 on F&B then he will earn 10% green points on room spends and 5% green points on F&B spends during the campaign validity.
t. *Club ITC members can earn 1 Green Point against 4 LKR spent.
u. Effective 15th June’24 Club ITC members can now earn Green points on eligible spends at SLEEEP boutique basis their tier. Applicable for below mentioned hotels:
ITC Maurya, ITC Maratha, ITC Grand Central, ITC Royal Bengal, ITC Windsor, ITC Grand Chola, ITC Kohenur
v. Club ITC members booking through ITC Hotels Website/ ITC Hotels App and availing member exclusive rates will be eligible to get Club ITC Green points only.
w. Bonus Green Points for any promotional campaign shall be credited within 10 working days post the offer period ends unless specified.
a. Commencing August 17, 2020, Green Points earned or otherwise obtained by a Club ITC Member on the ‘Club ITC Member’ tier shall forfeit without notice if the Club ITC Member becomes "Dormant".
b. The Inactivity period of 12 months would commence from the date of the last eligible activity (earning or redemption) by the Club ITC Member. Green Points earned or otherwise obtained by Club ITC Platinum, Club ITC Gold and Club ITC Silver Members shall not lapse as long as these Club ITC Members retain their respective Club ITC status.
c. Green Points earned by an existing Silver member (holding Club ITC Silver tier membership as on Aug 17, 2020) shall forfeit without notice if the member has not had an eligible stay at a participating ITC Hotel during 18 consecutive month period . The mentioned 18 consecutive month period would commence from the date of last eligible stay at a participating ITC Hotel.
d. ITC reserves the right to deduct points from a Club ITC Member's account balance if the points have been erroneously recorded under the account.
a. Club ITC Members may transfer Green Points to other membership accounts and vice versa.
b. Club ITC Members can transfer Club ITC Green Points to other Club ITC Members up to a maximum of 1,00,000 Green Points in a calendar year. A Club ITC Member is limited to making five (5) transfers to other Member accounts per calendar year.
c. Effective 1st Sept’23, Club ITC Members may transfer or receive Green Points to or from other membership accounts as long as both accounts have done a qualifying activity in last 12 months. The request shall be processed within 7 working days. In case of no qualifying activity, the request shall be executed after 90 days.
d. A minimum of 200 Points is required for the transfer.
e. Any request for point transfer needs to be initiated through Club ITC program cell via email only on clubitc.care@itc.in. No request over phone or at hotels shall be entertained.
f. The Account holder requesting the transfer must provide the Membership Number and the full name of the Points recipient at the time of the Point transfer request. Both the Membership Number and the name provided must match the Membership Number and name listed on the Account of the Points recipient in order to successfully complete the transfer.
g. Qualifying activity shall cover “All Eligible stays & spends” as defined as part of current TnC of Club ITC.
h. Not applicable for Club ITC Culinaire to Culinaire transfers
i. Green Points transfer limits are at the sole discretion of ITC, and are subject to change.
j. Green Points cannot be purchased/bought unless specified otherwise.
k. The processing date shall be considered to calculate the annual limit of 1,00,000 points during the calendar year.
a. Membership Tiers
Club ITC has four membership tiers: ‘Club ITC Member’ tier, ‘Club ITC Silver’ tier, ‘Club ITC Gold’ tier and ‘Club ITC Platinum’ tier.
b. Earning Tier Status
Club ITC Members can earn and maintain elite tier status based on eligible nights or eligible spends made in a calendar year. A "calendar year" is understood to mean January 1st through - December 31st of each year.
c. Moving to a Higher Elite Tier
Club ITC Members may earn a higher elite status when their eligible nights or eligible spends within a calendar year qualify the Club ITC Member for the next tier.
d. Maintaining Your Elite Tier
Once the Club ITC Member has reached a certain elite tier, the Club ITC Member may keep such status for the calendar year in which the elite tier was earned and the subsequent calendar year.
Club ITC Members must re-qualify for elite status each calendar year. Rollover Nights / Spends shall be applied to earn or maintain elite tier status.
e. Club ITC Silver Tier
Club ITC Members shall be upgraded to Club ITC Silver tier on completion of 6 eligible nights or INR 60,000 eligible spends in a calendar year. Elite Rollover Nights / Spends shall be applied to maintain Club ITC Silver tier status to meet the qualifying criteria of 6 eligible nights or INR 60,000 eligible spends.
f. Club ITC Gold Tier
Club ITC Members shall be upgraded to Club ITC Gold tier on completion of 16 eligible nights or INR 1,60,000 eligible spends in a calendar year. Elite Rollover Nights / Spends shall be applied to earn and maintain Club ITC Gold tier status to meet qualifying criteria of 16 eligible nights or INR 1,60,000 eligible spends.
g. Club ITC Platinum Tier
Club ITC Members shall be upgraded to Club ITC Platinum tier on completion of 30 eligible nights or INR 3,00,000 eligible spends in a calendar year. Elite Rollover Nights / Spends shall be applied to earn and maintain Club ITC Platinum tier status to meet qualifying criteria of 30 eligible nights or INR 3,00,000 eligible spends.
h. Roll-over Nights / Spends
Club ITC Members in all elite tiers (Club ITC Silver, Gold and Platinum Members) shall be eligible to rollover any qualifying nights / spends in excess of those required to qualify for / retain their elite status level at the end of the calendar year (December 31st). Club ITC Silver tier Members can rollover nights & spends in excess of 6 eligible nights or INR 60,000 eligible spends, Club ITC Gold tier Members can rollover nights & spends in excess of 16 eligible nights or INR 1,60,000 eligible spends and Club ITC Platinum tier Members can rollover nights & spends in excess of 30 eligible nights or INR 3,00,000 eligible spends.
The rollover nights / spends shall be counted toward the Club ITC Members’ elite status qualification for the following calendar year (January 1st to December 31st). ‘Club ITC Member’ tier members shall not be eligible for rollover nights or spends.
Rollover Nights are calculated as follows to apply to the next qualifying status year:
Total qualifying nights at year end (excluding rollover from previous year), minus (-) qualifying nights needed to renew your current elite status tier = elite rollover nights for next year.
Eg: If a Club ITC Silver tier Member on January 1st has 2 rollover nights from the previous year and stays for 10 nights in the calendar year, the roll over nights for this Club ITC Member would be:
10 nights (excluding 2 rollover nights from the previous year), minus (-) 6 nights (qualifying nights for retaining Club ITC Silver tier) = 4 rollover nights for the next year.
Rollover spends shall be calculated similarly.
Rollover nights are only valid for the next calendar year until December 31st and expire thereafter. Complimentary night stays do not count towards eligible nights but all other eligible spends made during the stay shall be considered for rollover spends.
j. Renewal
A Club ITC Member must make Eligible nights / spends as stated above over a Qualifying Period (January 1st – December 31st) in order to maintain the respective Club ITC Status for the next calendar year. After review by ITC at the end of each calendar year, the Club ITC tier status of a Club ITC Member may be retained or downgraded.
Club ITC Members who make 6 eligible nights or INR 60,000 eligible spends during a calendar year get upgraded to the ‘Club ITC Silver’ tier and the status shall be valid for the remaining current calendar year and the subsequent calendar year. In order to retain their membership at the ‘Club ITC Silver’ tier, the Club ITC Member shall have make 6 eligible nights or INR 60,000 eligible spends in every subsequent calendar year (including rollover nights / spends). In case this is not achieved the individual's membership status shall be downgraded to the ‘Club ITC Member’ tier.
a. Green Points can be redeemed by a Club ITC Member for:
(i) Instant settlement of bills at Participating Hotels for stays, food and beverage, spas, business centre facilities, etc.
(ii) Conversion of Green Points to Partner hotel points as mentioned on www.itchotels.com
(iii) Food orders (Home delivery/ takeaways ) through ITC Hotels app
(iv) Issuance of gift certificates to the applicable extent for Travel House services. A minimum conversion of 625 Green Points is required per conversion request and thereafter in multiples of 500. Effective 5th Dec'23 below conversion ratio shall be applicable:
v) Exclusive Club ITC Reward Nights
(vi) Redeem Green Points for Club ITC Culinaire membership for 16520 Green Points
b. Green Points do not carry uniform values for the purpose of redemption across different Partners.
c. On redemption, the Club ITC Member's account shall stand debited by the number of Green Points redeemed.
d. All taxes and applicable incidental expenditures shall be borne by the Club ITC Member unless mentioned otherwise.
e. All policies for availability, cancellation, usage, stay etc. that ITC may have in respect of ITC Hotels, shall additionally apply to any availment by a Club ITC Member of the products/services of the relevant brand pursuant to a redemption or during incurring an Eligible Spend.
f. In case of availing instant redemption facility for settlement of bills, upon redemption of Green Points for adjustment against a part of the billed amount, the balance amount billed shall be settled by Club ITC Member in cash and/or recognized credit/debit card.
g. Redemption of the Green Points for issuance of Gift Certificates can be done by a Club ITC Member by accessing www.clubitc.in, contacting Customer Care and requesting for the redemption or writing to clubitc.care@itc.in
h. Apart from the terms and conditions stated herein, the terms and conditions on a gift certificate shall also govern the receipt and utilization of the gift certificate.
i. ITC may impose additional terms and conditions on redemption of Green Points or usage of gift certificates, which shall be binding on Club ITC Members.
j. The type of redemption being sought shall determine the minimum number of days required to process the redemption which could range from approximately 7 to 30 working days.
k. Taxes may additionally be levied on purchases via gift certificates, which shall be paid for by the Club ITC Member in cash and/or recognized credit/debit card.
l. All gift certificates shall be sent to the preferred mailing address of the Club ITC Member reflecting in the Club ITC account. If an envelope is received in a damaged condition, a Club ITC Member must not accept the same from the courier in order to receive a replacement from ITC. No replacement of gift certificate shall be provided or any such request entertained if the Club ITC member has accepted the delivery of the gift certificate.
m. Redemption requests once received or instantaneous redemptions once processed cannot be reversed and the relevant number of Green Points shall stand debited from the Club ITC Member's account on receipt of such redemption request or on instantaneous redemption.
n. Green Points can be redeemed for food orders through ITC Hotels app for home delivery or takeaway services. Green Points can be redeemed in part or full for payment of food orders through ITC hotels app including taxes and delivery charges.
o. Club ITC members can redeem their points - 1GP = 4LKR
p. Effective 10th Aug 2024, Club ITC will exit the partnership with the Club Vistara program. From this date forward, Club ITC members will not be able to transfer Green Points to Club Vistara.
a. All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions and Club ITC Programme rules shall be at the sole discretion of ITC.
b. ITC is not responsible, and assumes no liability for changes or discontinuance of services provided by a service partner, that may affect the Club ITC Programme rewards offered, the accrual of Green Points or devaluation of Green Points.
c. Specific Club ITC Programme benefits and privileges have been established for all Club ITC Members.
However benefits and privileges offered by Participating Hotels may vary. If ITC or any partner improperly denies a Club ITC Member an accrual, benefit or reward, ITC shall not be liable to make any payment to the Club ITC Member or compensate him/her in anyway.
d. ITC holds out no representation or warranty in respect of the quality of the products and services of the Partner. All sales of products and services by ITC are also on an 'as is where is' basis.
e. Without prejudice to other rights of ITC, the membership of a Club ITC Member may be terminated by ITC at its sole discretion without assigning any reason, in the event ITC is of the view that any conduct of a Club ITC Member is unacceptable or inappropriate.
f. ITC disclaims all responsibility and liability with respect to any act or omission by any of the Partners, their directors, employees, agents or contractors.
g. ITC shall be entitled to use personal information provided by the Club ITC Member for marketing of the Club ITC Programme, without further reference to the Club ITC Member.
h. The upgrade benefit applicable to Club ITC Platinum Members is valid for a maximum duration of seven (7) room nights during an Eligible Stay however this benefit is subject to availability at the time of check-in. The upgrade benefit for Club ITC Platinum Members entitles the Club ITC Member to an upgrade to the next best category which may include upgrade to a Standard Suite with the exception of Presidential, Luxury and multiple bedroom suites.
i. The definition of Best Rooms and Standard Suites shall be defined independently by each hotel and may vary. The upgrade benefit is available for up to one room for the personal use of the Club ITC Member only, regardless of the number of rooms reserved by the Club ITC Member. The upgrade benefit for Club ITC Platinum Members is not applicable on any promotional stay certificates where the Club ITC Member does not make an Eligible Spend. On demand, in-room tea/coffee service is valid for up to 2 adults. Club ITC Platinum benefits may or may not be applicable in part or full at Fortune Hotels and this should be ascertained with the concerned hotel(s) at the time of making the booking.
j. Access to the exclusive Towers Club/UpperCrust Lounges as a non-resident guest is restricted strictly to lounge access only. Any utilized/consumed items shall be charged to the Club ITC Member/guest on actuals, unless otherwise specified.
k. Club ITC Green Points shall be credited basis the membership tier as on date of credit of points.
l. ITC reserves the right to deduct points from a Club ITC Member’s account balance if the points have been erroneously recorded under the account.
a. The Club ITC Programme is gratuitous and being made available by ITC without any consideration for the same being provided by a person or Club ITC Member and the purchase of products of identified brands does not form nor shall be deemed to form any consideration for the availability or continuance of the Club ITC Programme or any benefits thereunder. As such, ITC or its directors, employees, agents, affiliates or contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, remote or punitive losses, damages, costs and expenses, howsoever suffered or threatening to arise against a Club ITC Member or prospective member, with or without any act, breach or omission by ITC or its directors, employees, agents, affiliates or contractors, or its Partners and their directors, employees, agents, affiliates or contractors.
All decisions by ITC in respect of the Club ITC Programme or any element thereof including, without limitation, in respect of the number of Green Points credited, exclusion of spends from Eligible Spends, redemption of Green Points, transfer or conversion of Green Points, eligibility for or exclusion from the memberships election of Club ITC Status, termination of membership at the discretion of ITC, closure or earlier withdrawal of the Club ITC Programme, etc. shall be final and binding on a Club ITC Member or prospective member.
The terms and conditions for the Club ITC Programme specified may change at the discretion of ITC from time to time. All such changes shall be effective from the date of posting at the website www.itchotels.com and shall be binding on a Club ITC Member. Club ITC Members are requested to update themselves by visiting www.itchotels.com on any changes thereto which may not be separately intimated by ITC or brought to the attention of a Club ITC Member.

a. Club ITC is a loyalty Programme offered by ITC Limited (hereafter referred to as 'ITC'), to a person making a qualifying spend, for rewarding and fostering consumer loyalty towards identified brands.
b. Club ITC Members cannot maintain multiple membership accounts. If more than one membership account is assigned to an individual, he/she shall only receive Green Points for one membership account. Duplicate membership accounts shall be cancelled.
c. All communication shall be sent to the address (postal or email) available as per the records available with the Club ITC Programme. It shall be the responsibility of the Club ITC Member to inform the Club ITC Customer Care about any change in his/her communication details (email id, mobile number and postal address). All communication shall be deemed to have been received by the Club ITC Member and ITC bears no responsibility for communication not received or lost in the mail or courier.
d. Each Club ITC Member shall be responsible for having the requisite knowledge about the Club ITC Programme terms, the number of Green Points in his/her membership account and ensuring that updated communication details (email id, mobile number and postal address) are captured in the membership account. Club ITC shall share communications to Club ITC Members advising them of matters of interest, including notification of the Club ITC Programme changes, new hotels, promotional offers, Green Point updates, etc. However, neither ITC, its subsidiaries, affiliates or associates or programme management service providers nor the owners of Participating Hotels or companies participating as service partners in the Club ITC Programme shall be liable for any failure to do so and shall not be responsible for any communication lost or delayed in the mail.
e. Consent to receive such offers shall be deemed as given until such time the Club ITC Member expressly withdraws his/her consent to receive mailers and other Club ITC Programme information from ITC and its various programme partners by opting out of the relevant preference by notifying Club ITC Customer Care in writing. Withdrawal of consent may result in certain services not being offered and/or provided to the Club ITC Member. The Club ITC Member however, shall continue to receive important Club ITC Programme related intimations like monthly account summary, information on point earning/redemption etc.
f. Membership and benefits of Club ITC are offered at the sole discretion of ITC. The Club ITC Programme is applicable only at Participating Hotels.
g. ITC reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, reward or reward levels pertaining to the Club ITC Programme at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of points or rewards already accumulated. Club ITC has no predetermined termination date and shall continue until such time ITC decides to terminate the Club ITC Programme, with or without notice to the Club ITC Members. Accumulation of points shall cease immediately on termination of the Club ITC Programme. ITC reserves the right to grant / refuse / discontinue / revoke the Club ITC Membership at its sole discretion. Discontinued / revoked membership may result in the loss of all accumulated Green Points and the cancellation of all Club ITC rewards, benefits and privileges and forfeiture of any unfulfilled reservations, products or services purchased using Green Points.
h. Notwithstanding any provision contained herein, ITC also reserves the right to discontinue membership to Club ITC to any Club ITC Member who appears to be using the Club ITC Programme in a manner inconsistent with the Terms & Conditions, applicable laws/rules/regulations, intent of the Club ITC Programme, or any portion thereof, including, but not limited to, reward redemption. Discontinued/ revoked membership may result in the loss of all accumulated Green Points and the cancellation of all Club ITC rewards, benefits and privileges and forfeiture of any unfulfilled reservations, products or services purchased using Green Points.
i. All stay related benefits & privileges applicable to Club ITC / Club ITC Culinaire members at ITC Hotels in India will also be applicable at ITC Ratnadipa.
j. Club ITC & Club ITC Culinaire members will not be eligible for earning of points on non-resident dining spends at ITC Ratnadipa.
k. All Club ITC value vouchers will be applicable at ITC Ratnadipa.
l. No Club ITC Culinaire value voucher will be applicable at ITC Ratnadipa.
m. For Accrual & redemption of Points a fixed currency conversion rate will be applied ( Accrual : 4LKR = 1 INR , Redemption 1 Green Points = 4 LKR).
n. WelcomLink programme will not be applicable at ITC Ratnadipa.
All disputes assignment of or related to the Club ITC Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts at New Delhi.
