Dakshin is a South Indian fine dining restaurant capturing the native-style dining of states from peninsular India. It features a ritualistic guided dining concept with Chef’s signature menus and ala carte options. The menu selection is demarcated as Saivam (vegetarian) and Asaivam (non-vegetarian), Matsyam (seafood) and Sampoornam (best of all regions), from the states of Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. In a special curation the option of a ‘No Onion & No Garlic’ menu is also available to savour this flavourful hyper-local cuisine.
