ID Requirement & Age Policy
The hotel house rules requires all guests to produce a valid government approved ID (like passport, driving license, voter ID) at the time of check-in. In case of Foreign nationals, the guests must produce a valid passport & visa.
All guest are hereby request to undertake the responsibility to present the above mentioned documents or any additional documents which may be needed, at the time of check-in for the hotel enable the permit to lodge/ stay at the hotel.
All guests must be 18 years/ or above of age in order to be registered at the hotel
Credit Card Policy
Credit cards will be authorized at pre-arrival stage or at the time of check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, until which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
In case you are using a Debit Card to make pre-authorization, please notify our Front Desk staff about the same so that the team can assist you in securing advance payment for the stay.
