Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam is a pet friendly hotel. Pets (Dogs only) are allowed at the hotel at an additional charge of INR 1,750 + taxes per pet per night.

• For reservations with a pet, request you to inform the hotel at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date in order for the hotel to make necessary arrangements.
• Only 02 pets (dogs only) per room are allowed, of a maximum weight of 25 kgs (small and medium breeds). Pet owner to bring pet’s bedding.
• Pet to have all required and up to date vaccinations and inoculations, and should not have any communicable illnesses or diseases. Owner to submit proof of all its vaccination.
• Owners must use designated ‘pet relief areas’ and must properly remove and dispose of any litter or waste associated with their pet on Hotel premises.
• Pet must be clean and free of fleas. Pet should not be aggressive with other animals and guests. Muzzles, if required, to be carried by the owner.
• Pet to be with the owner and under their care at all times and should not be left unattended on property. Pet to be on a leash with a maximum range of six feet or in a carrier at all times when outside of the room.
• Owner may choose to carry the pet’s food. Select meals / food for the pet will also be available at the Hotel at additional charges.
• The specified pet charge is non-refundable and will be charged upon check-in for post-departure room cleaning. This fee does not include any additional costs which may result from damage or need for excessive cleaning of soiled linens, carpeting or furniture. Additional charge may apply if excessive cleaning is necessary. Condition of the room is based on the sole judgment of management upon departure.
• Owner to be fully responsibility for any liability arising from their pet, including any disturbances their pet causes to guests staying at the Hotel (pet damage or personal injury to hotel, hotel staff, guest, third party or property).Additional charge may be applied in the event of any disturbances. On thesecond incident of a reported disturbance, the Hotel may ask for the pet to be removed fromproperty.
• Pet will not be permitted at any of food and beverage outlets, the communitypool, the fitness center or meeting rooms of the Hotel.
• The Hotel is not liable for any injury suffered by pet while on the hotel premises.
• Additional fees if damage, excessive noise and/or fleainfestation occurs during my stay.
